Shipping and Delivery
All our standard shipping is sent via Australia Post. Your order is expected to be delivered in 2-7^ business days . Delivery times may vary depending on location and public holidays and size of order if treats need to be made.
Free Standard Shipping
Free Shipping will automatically be calculated on your cart upon reaching a value of $40 or more. If your order doesn't qualify for free standard shipping, the cost of shipping is a flat rate of $10.
Refund Policy
If you bought the product online, and the product is defective or damaged in transit please contact us within 14 days to organize a return of the product (provided we agree that the product is damaged or defective) and we will refund or replace the product. We will also cover the cost of delivery when the product is returned. We will not, however, refund if the product is returned simply because you have changed your mind or the product is unwanted but we will offer a store credit or exchange in this case.
In any case of a refund the product must be returned to be refunded.
