Shipping and Delivery

All our standard shipping is sent via Australia Post. Your order is expected to be delivered in 2-7^ business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and public holidays and size of order if treats need to be made. 

Free Standard Shipping

Free Shipping will automatically be calculated on your cart upon reaching a value of $40 or more. If your order doesn't qualify for free standard shipping, the cost of shipping is a flat rate of $10.

Refund Policy 

If you bought the product online, and the product is defective or damaged in transit please contact us within 14 days to organize a return of the product (provided we agree that the product is damaged or defective) and we will refund or replace the product. If your dog breaks a toy or you decide you simply no longer want it a refund may be granted by store owner Luke depending on the circumstances. 

In any case of a refund the product must be returned to be refunded.
